Q: Why multiple passwords?
SWP: Single user subscriptions and Multi-user subscriptions allow unlimited access to the solutions online and allow you to download all the content after two years for your own use in perpetuity. Participant passwords provide for unlimited use by your course participants/coaching clients for a period of 30 days from the first time they use the password. Q: Why would I need to give participants access?
SWP: There are 10 different clips in the SWP D-I-S-C Challenge Movie Clips package. In many instances facilitators select clips that are directly relevant to the objectives of each intervention and do not normally use all ten clips. Participants could be given reinforcement or prep assignments using clips that are not used in the session that they attend. Of even greater importance is the value of the clips for out of session reinforcement. All too often participants bemoan the fact that their supervisor is not present in the session. The movie clips are an ideal vehicle for participants to broach potentially challenging issues with their supervisors without getting caught up in “you/me” conflicts.

Q: Do I have to use the PowerPoint presentations?
SWP: The PowerPoint decks are presented as a time-saving, idea-generating add-on. Most trainers and coaches find themselves in situations where they need to facilitate sessions and they are concerned that they just do not have enough time to give them the attention that they would like. That is one of the great benefits of the SWP D-I-S-C Challenge movie clips. The clips along with the ready for presentation slides cut preparation time and place you in an always ready mode. However, you can use the clips along with your own instructional plans to great effect.

Q: Why is the size of the movie clips not full screen?
SWP: You will notice that the size matches the standard size used for online video clips. It relates to issues concerning the quality of the resolution and the size of the files which would in turn have impact on the speed with which the clips will be available for viewing. It is anticipated that in a workshop setting a multi-media projector will be used to show the clips.

Q: Is the SWP D-I-S-C Challenge Movie Clip series the only series available?
