There can be nothing more satisfying than overcoming a challenge, winning a huge contract or landing a dream job. In the case of this team, they present a strategy that they believe can have real benefit to everyone. Acknowledge your own successes and the successes of others.

As you watch the episode, consider the summaries of what each character has learned. Ask yourself how this new knowledge will help each character.

1. During the actual intervention to support discussion, participant self discovery of key principles and as reinforcement.
2. After the actual event to facilitate participants’ review and sharing with others and as reinforcement.

• Which character, if any, is leading in this episode? What does your answer say about the group's success in building a team?
• Explain in terms of each character's preferred style, what he or she gets from cooperating with the other members of the group to deliver the presentation.
